WOUTER.TALKS — IDEAS THAT MOVE PEOPLE

Customer Experience Is an Operating Model.

Why customer experience, AI and performance belong in the same leadership conversation.

Customer experience is not created by a department. AI transformation is not created by a technology team. Both depend on how the entire organisation works.

No abstract inspiration. No CX theatre.

THE FLAGSHIP KEYNOTE

Customer Experience Is an Operating Model

Why customer experience, AI and performance belong in the same leadership conversation.

Customers experience the promise the organisation made, the processes it designed, the decisions employees are allowed to make, the technology they are asked to use and the performance choices leadership prioritises. Through recognisable situations and practical examples, Wouter introduces the 5P Experience Operating Model: Promise. People. Process. Platform. Performance.

LOOK BEYOND THE SYMPTOM

Most customer experience problems are misdiagnosed.

A customer calls because a delivery is late. Customer service handles the complaint perfectly. Tomorrow, another customer calls with exactly the same problem. The conversation was solved. The cause was not. The same thing happens with AI: a slow process becomes faster, but nobody challenges whether it should exist in that form in the first place.

Great service can recover a broken experience. AI can accelerate a broken process. Neither replaces a well-designed organisation.

PRACTICAL BY DESIGN

A model they can use on Monday.

After the keynote, the audience can look beyond visible customer problems and question their underlying causes; understand how Promise, People, Process, Platform and Performance shape every experience; recognise when service teams are compensating for failures created elsewhere; challenge technology-first solutions; connect customer experience with operational and financial performance; and structure cross-functional conversations using one shared model.

THE LEADERSHIP QUESTION

Where should AI change the organisation — and where should it not?

The keynote does not focus on AI tools. It focuses on the decisions leaders need to make because those tools now exist: which interactions should become automated, which moments deserve more human attention, which processes should disappear rather than become faster, what work people should stop doing and what new promise customers will believe the organisation is making.

The question is not where you can use AI. The question is what kind of organisation you want AI to help you become.

PLANNING AN EVENT?

Bring a different customer experience conversation into the room.

Tell Wouter what you are organising, who will be in the room and what you want the audience to leave thinking about. We can take it from there.
